You will drive scheduling, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration, analyze data to improve resource allocation, and handle onsite escalations to ensure on-time, accurate orders and a best-in-class

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team.
• Ability to hire, coach and develop high-performing employees and drive safety-first culture.
• Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using Excel/Sheets to analyze data and create pivot tables.
