Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary Site Lead and point of contact for the 744CS Commander/Director of Operations with oversight of customer-facing work centers (Walk-up Help Desk Services; Desktop Support, Executive Support, Routine Requirements Mobile Support, Technical Refresh); Network Administration, Project Management, and Cyber Support Services.
• Manages a multi-million dollar budget to deliver IT services to Joint Base Andrews with thousands of users and tickets.
• Directs a project management team managing a multi-million portfolio, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Leads a mid-sized team of Leidos and partner personnel with authority over personnel actions.
• Reports to the Chief of Operations to ensure metrics are met (response time, ticket closure, etc.).
• Oversees field services, continuity of operations, and VTC installations; coordinates with Site Operations and Projects Managers to meet KPIs.
• Attends weekly operations updates and provides leadership briefings on mission progress.
• Guides process improvements and annual technical refresh planning for thousands of workstations.
• Contractor approval authority for change management and deconflicting with peer sites.
• Oversees IT continuity of operations for AFNCR and related units.
