Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Site Supervisor to bid, plan, and execute daily operations at the Lincoln location. You will lead industrial insulation, scaffold, and cleaning crews, coordinate travel, and serve as the main contact for clients.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction/industrial field with some management, strong communication, safety focus, and proficiency with MS Teams and Office. You will ensure OSHA compliance and develop a high-performing team to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000 psi–40,000 psi).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices and procedures.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision of a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
• Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
• Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
• Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program.
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
• Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
• Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
