Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Travel Insulation Lead to manage a team of laborers, carpenters and helpers, ensuring safety and quality at job sites across the Midwest. You will oversee scaffold and insulation activities, schedule workers, coordinate equipment and track progress on multiple projects.

The role requires 5–7 years in construction/industrial fields, knowledge of scaffolding and insulation, and strong communication skills. OSHA 30 certification within 60 days is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffolding and insulation in industrial settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Create and track all scaffold tickets built onsite.
• Supervision of crews in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and ensure equipment is available onsite to complete jobs safely.
• Drive and pull equipment to various regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients and vendors to determine needs and recommend services.
• Enforce jobsite safety per OSHA regulations and company safety program.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service.
