Job summary

Core Industrial Maintenance LLC seeks an experienced supervisor to coordinate daily industrial tasks, lead crews and contractors, and ensure projects meet timelines, safety standards and budgets. You will partner with leadership to recruit, train and mentor staff, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The role requires at least 3+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, OSHA 10/30 certification, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting for weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
• Delegate responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
• Coordinate with business leaders for recruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees and contractors.
• Provide resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, and safety needs.
• Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment; train on safety gear and procedures.
• Develop and manage project budgets and quality standards for all sites.
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
• Regularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.
