ht h companies is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee bidding, planning, and day‑to‑day operations for projects in the Midwest. You will work with insulation, scaffold, and cleaning crews, travel as needed, and lead meetings with clients representing the company.

The role demands 5–7 years of construction/industrial experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction/industrial fields with some management experience.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000–40,000 psi).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew operating high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work, and cleanup.
• Organize crews, assign duties, and ensure onsite equipment readiness for safety.
• Transport equipment to regional locations as needed.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to assess needs and propose services.
• Demonstrate service benefits and practical value to customers.
• Enforce OSHA-compliant safety practices and uphold the company safety program.
• Serve as liaison for site leadership and maintain client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Perform other duties as required.
