Job summary

hth companies is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for 50–75 employees across scaffold, mechanical, insulation, industrial cleaning, and maintenance. The role includes field visits and office duties, planning, scheduling, and ensuring safe, efficient execution.

You will manage 3–5 superintendents/PMs, develop schedules, allocate resources, review estimates, and liaise with clients to drive revenue growth while upholding OSHA and our Safety Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience or 8 years in related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Safety knowledge and administrative principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 50–75 employees across scaffold, mechanical, insulation, and industrial services.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources; coordinate field and office activities.
• Review estimates and drafts; submit proposals to clients.
• Serve as liaison for key client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of future leaders; manage safety culture per OSHA.
