Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Site Superintendent to bid, plan, and run daily operations across multiple sites for insulation, scaffold, and industrial cleaning crews.

The role involves travel, weekend/holiday work as needed, and serving as the main client liaison for project success. Candidates should have 5–7 years in construction/industrial fields with management experience and strong safety and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment and safety protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews for high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and cleanup.
• Organize crews, assign tasks, ensure equipment is onsite and safe.
• Transport equipment to regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients and vendors to assess needs and recommend services.
• Highlight value and practical applications of services to clients.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and the company's Safety Program.
• Represent site leadership in meetings with clients.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing, safety-focused team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
