The role blends field visits with office duties and requires strong leadership, scheduling, and client communication.

You will review estimates, manage project timing, and mentor a high-performing team while upholding OSHA compliance and hth companies' safety program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in safety practices, procedures, and OSHA standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 50–75 employees across scaffold, mechanical, insulation, and maintenance trades.
• Develop schedules, allocate resources, and communicate with clients to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review estimates, drafts, and proposals; submit bids to prospective clients as needed.
• Lead recruiting, training, and mentoring to build a high-performing team and ensure safety compliance.
