hth companies is a Midwest industrial services provider seeking a Superintendent to bid, plan, and run day-to-day operations across assigned locations. You will lead industrial insulation, scaffolding and cleaning crews, travel as needed, and represent the company in client meetings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have 5–7 years in construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000–40,000 psi).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Safe work practices and OSHA compliance knowledge.
• Proven time management and deadline-driven performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew on plant-based projects including high pressure water blasting, vacuum work and cleanup.
• Organize crews, allocate responsibilities and ensure equipment readiness on site.
• Transport equipment to regional locations as needed.
• Engage with prospects, clients and vendors to assess needs and propose services.
• Explain service benefits and tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Enforce OSHA-based safety programs and promote a safety-first culture.
• Serve as liaison for site leadership and maintain client relations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
