Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC in Omaha is seeking a site leader to run daily plant operations, working on the floor with operations and hourly personnel to drive safety and high performance.

The role reports to a regional manager with minimal travel and requires a proven leadership background in chemicals or distribution, plus PSM experience and knowledge of DOT/TCEQ regulations. You will own site results and mentor staff across safety and production teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership background with management experience.
• Experience in chemicals, chemical distribution, or related field is preferred.
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a plus.
• Understanding of DOT/TCEQ regulations is required.
