Job summary

Talent With Heart seeks a site leader for its Omaha chemical distribution/processing operation. You will have end-to-end responsibility for the site, working closely with operations and hourly staff to uphold safety and drive performance on the floor.

The role requires prior management experience in chemicals, knowledge of DOT/TCEQ regulations, and familiarity with PSM. Travel is minimal as the site leadership focuses on daily on-site safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership background with management experience
• Must be from chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or similar
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations

• Work directly with operations and hourly personnel to uphold safety and high performance
