Food Management Search, Inc. is assisting a chemical distribution plant in Omaha, NE to identify a strong on-site leader to oversee daily operations, safety, and performance.

You will work closely with operations and hourly staff, drive PSM compliance, and report to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal. Prior management experience in chemicals and knowledge of DOT/TCEQ regulations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing operations teams
• Experience in chemicals or chemical distribution
• Experience with PSM (process safety management) is a huge plus
• Understanding DOT/TCEQ regulations
