Your Talent Team is seeking a seasoned plant leader for our Omaha, Nebraska chemical site. You will oversee daily operations, coach hourly staff on safety and performance, and partner with a regional manager to drive excellence. Travel is minimal, with a strong emphasis on floor presence and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership background with previous management experience
• Experience in chemical distribution or related chemicals sector
• PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus
• Understanding of DOT/TCEQ regulations
