Henderson Group seeks a Plant/Site Leader for its Omaha, NE operation. You will lead on the floor with operations and hourly personnel to push for top safety and performance standards. The role reports to a regional manager with travel kept to a minimum.

The ideal candidate has a leadership background in chemicals, PSM experience is a plus, and familiarity with DOT/TCEQ regulations. This is a high-stakes, hands-on leadership position at a long-established company.

Qualifications

• Leadership background with management experience.
• Chemical industry background preferred (distribution or similar).
• PSM experience is a huge plus.
• Understanding of DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site operations and safety on the floor with operations and hourly staff.
• Drive high safety standards and high performance at the site.
• Directly manage the plant/site and report to regional manager.
