Management Performance Associates seeks a proven site leader to take overall responsibility for a chemical distribution site near Omaha, NE. You will be on the floor daily, guiding operations and hourly staff to meet safety and performance targets, with limited travel to regional offices.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, hands-on leadership, and prior management experience in chemicals. You will report to a regional manager and drive compliance with DOT/TCEQ regulations where

Qualifications

• Leadership background with prior management experience.
• Experience in chemicals distribution or related field.
• Previous PSM (Process Safety Management) experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and safety performance on the floor.
• Lead hourly personnel to achieve high safety standards and operational output.
• Collaborate with regional manager; travel will be minimal.
