Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a site leader for our Omaha, NE plant. This role provides overall responsibility for the site, working on the floor with operations and hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and performance.

The ideal candidate has a leadership background with prior management experience in chemicals or distribution, and familiarity with PSM and DOT/TCEQ regulations. Travel will be minimal and growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on the shop floor.
• Background in chemicals or distribution preferred.
• Familiarity with PSM (Process Safety Management) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT/TCEQ regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall site leadership and safety focus.
