Essenti Talent is seeking a Site Leader for a chemical plant in the Omaha, NE area. The role involves overall site accountability and direct engagement with operations and hourly staff to drive safety and high performance across the site.

The successful candidate will bring leadership experience in chemicals, a background in process safety (PSM) is a strong plus, and familiarity with DOT/TCEQ regulations. Travel will be minimal as the role reports to a regional manager.

Qualifications

• Leadership background, prior management experience.
• Experience in chemicals, chemical distribution, or related field.
• PSM (Process Safety Management) experience is a huge plus.
• Understanding of DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the site and leadership of floor operations.
