El Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to act as the Site Manager’s right hand, running daily operations, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences. You’ll lead shifts, recruit and onboard staff, coach talent, and handle conflicts with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and role-model behavior.
• Experience supervising or shift managing a team.
• Strong real-time coaching ability.
• Ability to handle team conflict constructively.
• Operationally sharp with labor, scheduling, and throughput.
• Customer-first mindset under pressure.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background in car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or higher in Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations as the Site Manager’s right hand on every shift.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to build a high-performing team.
• Provide real-time feedback and develop future leaders within EL.
• Address team conflicts directly and promptly; resolve issues without delay.
• Set the service standard to deliver fast, friendly, flawless experiences.
• Track daily metrics (sales, labor, inventory, equipment) and act to improve results.
• Run the site independently when the Site Manager is absent.
• Keep the wash equipment operational and well-maintained to ensure consistency.
