Spotless Brands is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support daily operations at our car wash and service sites. You will lead frontline teams, coach staff, and deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience while upholding brand standards.

In this role, you’ll assist the Site Manager, handle shift execution, training, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth site performance across express, full‑service, or flex locations, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a car wash or related customer-focused environment.
• Must be 18+ years old due to equipment responsibilities (where applicable).
• Valid driver's license preferred (may be required by location).
• Must pass background checks and comply with regulatory standards (federal/state/local).

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and recognition to staff.
• Assist Site Manager with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Ensure cleaning, safety, and customer experience standards are met.
• Support promotions and local marketing to drive site traffic and memberships.
• Assist in opening/closing duties, logs, and shift checklists.
