El Car Wash seeks an Assistant Site Manager to act as the Site Manager's right hand, driving daily operations, building a high-performing team, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences across shifts. You will recruit, onboard, and coach staff while managing schedules, conflicts, and site performance metrics.
The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and maintaining peak wash performance; evenings, weekends, and holidays availability are required to keep the site running

Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operations and staff to keep the site performing each shift.
- Build a winning team through recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
- Coach and develop talent with real-time feedback and skill-building.
- Address conflicts promptly and constructively to maintain culture.
- Set service standards for fast, friendly customer experiences.
- Track daily metrics (sales, labor, inventory, equipment) and act on results.
- Hold the site independently when the Site Manager is unavailable.
- Keep the wash at peak performance with well-maintained equipment.
