You’ll recruit, onboard, schedule staff, monitor key metrics, and take prompt action on performance. When the Site Manager is away, you run the site with composure and accountability.

Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or shift management experience required.
- Strong real-time coaching and people development skills.
- Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and throughput.
- Comfort reading daily metrics and taking action.
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operations, staffing, and site performance.
- Build a winning team by recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
- Coach and develop talent with real-time feedback.
- Handle conflict head-on and address issues promptly.
- Set the service standard for fast, friendly experiences.
- Drive performance by tracking daily metrics and taking action.
- Hold the site independently when the Site Manager is out.
- Keep the wash at peak performance with well-maintained equipment.
