Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist Supervisor in the United States to lead the site coordination team under the ELIS program. You will own the end-to-end work order lifecycle from intake to invoice and ensure coverage across scientific departments and instrument groups.

This role emphasizes hiring input, onboarding, performance management, and training to maintain data accuracy, compliance with GxP, safety standards, and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in laboratory operations, equipment coordination, service coordination or a comparable coordination environment.
• 2+ years supervising or leading a coordination, dispatch or administrative team.
• Ownership of a work order or service queue at site or multi-site level with accountability for on-time performance.
• Judgment on service entitlement, vendor quotes and maintenance deferment.
• Experience with a CMMS or service management platform and reporting.
• Experience working with scientific or technical staff in their environment.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements, data integrity, and laboratory documentation practice.
• Pharma/biotech/research environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the site coordination team and allocate work with daily/weekly priorities.
• Own the site work order flow end to end: intake, triage, entitlement check, dispatch, execution, closeout and invoice verification.
• Own the site SM plan build and calendar across all scopes.
• Ensure vendor quotes are reviewed and documented before approval.
• Maintain accuracy of site coordination data and asset records.
• Manage escalation of demand maintenance on critical instrumentation.
• Support site leadership in operating reviews with laboratory leadership.
• Ensure safety, compliance and site safety requirements are followed.
