Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Site Operations Manager to own end-to-end service delivery at a client site, supervise the site team, and ensure KPI/SLA adherence. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and regional leaders while managing multi-vendor activities and site readiness for moves and deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in lab operations or technical services, 3+ years in people leadership, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of laboratory operations, technical service, scientific asset management, or equipment services experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing through supervisors or leads.
• Experience delivering against contracted KPIs or SLAs at site level.

Responsibilities

• Own site service delivery, including maintenance, demand work, calibration, and coordination.
• Run site operating rhythm with operational reviews and client leadership contact.
• Lead the site team through supervisors and engineers, manage staffing and onboarding.
• Manage OEM/third-party activity and the site escort roster.
• Own site readiness for moves, consolidations, and equipment deployment.
• Enforce Renovo standards, governance, and site SOPs; maintain documentation and audits.
