Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Site Operations Manager to own service delivery at an assigned client site, supervising lab operations staff and coordinating with engineering and quality teams. You will ensure maintenance, escalations, and performance meet contracted KPIs and budgets.

The role requires leadership of the site team, maintenance of escort and access protocols, and collaboration with regional leadership to optimize operations and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of laboratory operations, technical service, scientific asset management, or equipment services.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience delivering against contracted KPIs or SLAs at site level.
• Site P&L or operating budget accountability.
• Existing right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own site service delivery at the client site, including maintenance and coordination.
• Manage site staffing, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Lead the site team through supervisors and coordinators.
• Maintain escort roster and multi-vendor access.
• Own site budget and labor cost against plan.
• Ensure compliance with GXP and OSHA requirements.
