Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Lab Liaison to own service transactions for instruments at assigned Johnson & Johnson sites under the ELIS program. You will intake, triage, and route requests, verify coverage, and coordinate Renovo engineers or OEM/third parties.

You will ensure compliance and maintain strong lab relationships on-site to support timely, accurate work records. The role emphasizes on-site presence, lab-facing duties, safety, and escalation where needed, collaborating with Life

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in laboratory operations, equipment coordination, service coordination, dispatch or a comparable coordination role.
• Experience with CMMS or a service management platform.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, in a scientific, technical or business discipline.
• Training in laboratory safety, GxP and data integrity provided or required.
• CMMS and platform training provided after hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage service requests from laboratory staff via multiple channels.
• Route requests to the correct function and acknowledge receipt.
• Check instrument coverage (warranty/service) before dispatch.
• Coordinate vendor visits and verify service reports against invoices.
• Maintain a visible daily presence in assigned laboratories and provide status updates.
• Own accuracy of work order data and keep asset records up to date.
• Meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements in all activities.
• Escort OEM/third‑party personnel and ensure proper onboarding and safety compliance.
