Job summary

Renovo Solutions seeks a Lab Liaison to own service transactions at assigned Johnson & Johnson sites under the ELIS program. You’ll intake requests, determine instrument coverage, dispatch to Renovo engineers or vendors, track progress, confirm completion, and close out records.

You’ll also triage intake, route correctly, and maintain strong lab relationships on site. This role emphasizes being physically present in laboratories, escorting personnel, ensuring site access and safety, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in laboratory operations, equipment coordination, service coordination, dispatch or a comparable coordination role.
• Experience working directly with technical or scientific staff in their own environment.
• Experience with a CMMS or service management platform.
• Ability to hold multiple open items across several laboratories without losing track of any.
• Working knowledge of GxP requirements and laboratory documentation practice, or willingness to be trained to it.
• Comfortable working in an active laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests from laboratory staff by any route and triage urgency and priority.
• Acknowledge the requester and provide timely status updates.
• Route requests outside scope to the correct function and ensure they land.
• Coordinate vendor visits around laboratory availability and scientific priority.
• Maintain a visible daily presence in assigned laboratories and build relationships.
