Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking an Operations Support Specialist Supervisor to lead the site coordination team at a Johnson & Johnson ELIS site in the United States. You will own the end-to-end work order lifecycle, entitlement and vendor management, and data integrity across coordination scopes.

You will supervise OSS Leads and Coordinators, set priorities, and ensure safe, compliant operations while working directly with laboratory leadership to improve service delivery and site performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in laboratory operations or equipment coordination.
• Experience supervising or leading a coordination/administrative team.
• Experience with work orders, service queues and vendor quotes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site coordination team and manage work intake, triage and scheduling.
• Own end-to-end work order lifecycle from intake to invoice verification.
• Oversee entitlement checks, vendor quotes, and travel/escort compliance.
• Maintain accuracy of site asset records and drive data quality.
• Engage with laboratory leadership to address recurring issues and scope growth.
• Ensure GxP and safety requirements are followed; support audits and inspections.
