Job summary

Daifuku in Windsor Locks, CT seeks a Site Manager responsible for business, financial and customer service activities of the site. You will oversee financial reporting, budgets, payroll, and contract management while leading operations and personnel.

Must have a four-year business degree or equivalent experience, strong English, and proven leadership in a service or manufacturing environment. OSHA knowledge and budgeting experience preferred. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year college degree in a business-related discipline and/or 4 years’ equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site business decisions, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll and budgeting.
• Direct work methods and processes to meet goals aligned with company strategy and vision.
• Manage and adhere to the customer contract and service levels.
• Lead operational and administrative activities including personnel management and evaluations.
• Represent the company at the site, conduct regular customer meetings to ensure satisfaction and drive future sales.
