Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead site operations, coach leaders, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across 50+ locations in the United States.

You will oversee training, performance metrics, budgeting, and project planning, while collaborating with regional leaders to deliver cost-effective, reliable operations. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the service industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed, high-volume multi-site operations.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Proven analytical skills to identify and respond to organizational trends.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-availability operations across a geographically dispersed distribution network.
• Support the achievement of KPIs related to safety, people, quality, output, and cost.
• Provide training, operational assistance, coaching, and guidance to site leadership and technicians.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across 50+ locations.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Provide feedback for performance appraisals and disciplinary matters.
