Job summary

Elite Line Services is seeking a Site Manager to lead business, financial and customer service activities at the Windsor Locks location. You will oversee financial reporting, payroll, budgeting and contracts while guiding staff and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will build strong relationships with contract customers, manage training, and drive operational excellence across all site activities in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year college degree in a business-related discipline and/or 4 years’ equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site business decisions, financial reporting accuracy, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, capital expenditures and payroll.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget.
• Set priorities and long-term planning to align with company strategy and goals.
• Manage and adhere to the customer contract at the site.
• Supervise site operational and administrative activities and personnel development.
• Represent the company at the site and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and ensure timely employee reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and OSHA/state/local rules; coordinate with Safety Officer.
• Provide training adherence and monitor quality programs at the site.
• Maintain site morale and customer satisfaction while protecting company interests.
