Job summary

Daifuku is seeking an Operations Support Manager to strengthen nationwide site operations, coaching leaders and technicians, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and oversee a dispersed network of locations.

The role emphasizes training, operational excellence, and cross-site coordination to optimize performance and customer satisfaction across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the service industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely training, operational assistance, coaching, and guidance to achieve safety, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
• Support site leadership and technician teams to execute strategies and manage site-level operations.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective, high-availability operations across 50+ locations and 800+ employees.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, people, quality, output and cost.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and follow safety policies at each site.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, including budgeting input and process improvements.
