Job summary

Daifuku seeks an experienced Site Manager for its Fort Worth, TX location to oversee business, financial and customer service activities at the site. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, budget management, and adherence to contracts while leading a diverse team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The candidate will drive long-term planning, supervise operations and administration, and coordinate safety programs to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year college degree in a business-related discipline and/or 4 years’ equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting accuracy, accounts payable/receivable, GL, and budgeting processes.
• Guide long-term planning and ensure work methods meet company goals.
• Manage and adhere to the customer contract.
• Direct site operations, personnel performance evaluations, hiring, and development.
• Represent the company at the site and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
