Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead and coordinate site operations across a dispersed network while driving safety, cost efficiency, and high performance. The role focuses on training, leadership development, and process improvement across 50+ locations in the United States.

You will manage projects, monitor KPIs, and mentor teams to meet quality and customer satisfaction targets, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the service industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed, high-volume multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Proven analytical skills to identify and respond to short- and long-term organizational trends.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule as required.
• Must be self-directed, able to work independently and drive a proactive plan to achieve success.
• Advanced knowledge of airport operations and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of State and Federal Employment laws.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

• Long-term Planning: Align with company vision and drive workflow improvements.
• Problem Solving: Develop solutions for complex operational challenges and manage contractors.
