Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead a warehouse team, uphold safety, productivity, and customer service, and make financial decisions with the Director. The role may supervise 20–100 associates across multiple shifts and has growth potential toward travel, larger sites, or a multi-site Director position.

Compensation is $70,000 plus bonus potential, with a schedule of Monday–Friday starting at 6:00 am.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the business and ensuring the highest standards of safety, productivity, and customer service are exceeded every day.
• Ensure the financial success of your site through properly staffing and managing headcount levels to optimize efficient productivity.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard Independent contractor drivers.
• Daily communications with Drivers on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate
• Audit of daily labor and billing reports
• Ensure Partner needs are met on a daily basis.
• Document and resolve any customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow policies and work rules including safety work rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
• Scheduling associate shifts based on Partner requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Manage timely and accurate data entry for all services performed.
• Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll record administration according to policies and standard operating procedures.
