Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality, maintenance, safety, and schedules.

The role also focuses on promoting effective relations with employees and customers to improve service and profits. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, have at least 2 years of related experience, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of multiple sites.
• Develop operating budgets and control expenses within those budgets.
• Develop a safe, positive and achievement oriented working environment.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor ongoing work, identify problems, and find solutions.
• Implement production plans per approved schedule.
• Hire and train employees for site operations.
• Direct and assign work to staff and monitor attendance.
