Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to direct company programs and ensure total compliance with contract duties between the company and its customers.

The role includes developing service schedules, coordinating personnel, and overseeing safety, quality, and service outcomes at the site. Responsibilities also cover budgeting, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, and guiding staff through process improvements; travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 2 – 5 years of experience.
• Certificates, licenses, registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Directs company programs and ensures contract compliance with customers.
• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel and assigns routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Audits inventories of supplies and equipment and promotes improved equipment and methods.
