Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking an Operations-Quality Manager to coordinate and direct critical operations under contract with customers. You will plan, supervise budgeting, vendor contact, and customer relations while developing effective quality control processes.

The role requires leadership to ensure safety, quality, and service while staying compliant with applicable regulations. Some travel to client sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations necessary to meet contractual responsibilities.
• Develop quality control processes and supervise budgeting and scheduling.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA).
• Direct supervisory management and oversee safety, quality and service.
• Prepare and review plans, budgets, and schedules; monitor metrics.
