Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager in Fort Lauderdale to lead daily operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will own staffing, scheduling, and financial results, setting the tone for a culture of excellence.

You’ll manage safety, equipment uptime, and data-driven decisions, building a collaborative environment, and ensuring accountable execution across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role in car wash or service industries.
• Strong talent development and succession planning.
• Financial literacy: understanding labor, revenue, and costs.
• Operational excellence balancing speed, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to make decisions quickly when issues arise.
• Culture builder fostering constructive conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
• Knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance, and safety or willingness to learn.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
