El Car Wash in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Site Manager who acts as right hand to the Site Manager, driving daily operations and team development. You'll run the day-to-day, recruit and schedule staff, coach for performance, resolve conflicts, and uphold fast, friendly service while monitoring metrics to improve results.

• Holding the site when the Site Manager is away.
