Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• You have led people before and own outcomes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Development & Support: assist onboarding, guidance and scheduling to ensure fair workload and strong culture.
• Customer Experience: greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, promote memberships and services.
• Operational Excellence: monitor equipment/safety, routine cleaning, inventory awareness, and process improvements.
• Sales Support: upsell services, support promotions, track sales and provide feedback to improve revenue.
