Job summary

You will supervise leasing, rent collections, maintenance, record-keeping and on-site staff, and communicate challenges to the Regional Manager promptly to support efficient, compliant property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years LIHTC property management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HUD, RD, and LIHTC guidelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Real Page).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and show vacancies following regulations.
• Maintain income certifications and HUD/RD/LIHTC paperwork.
• Conduct move-in/out procedures and lease processing.
• Collect rent, deposits, and handle late payments with notices.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and report to Regional Manager.
