Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in LIHTC property management preferred.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License required.
• Certification or training in property management, LIHTC, COS, or RD training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the property.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and security deposits.
