Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Site Manager for Clean Express Auto Wash in Toledo, OH. You will lead a customer-focused team, maintain sales goals, promote unlimited wash club memberships, and ensure the site operates smoothly and restfully.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer service issues and sales goals.
• Educate customers on unlimited wash club memberships and maintain site appearance.
• Motivate employees and drive site goals; supervise scheduling and labor budgets.
• Oversee recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely orders; supervise all site staff.
