Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Site Manager for Clean Express Auto Wash in Waterford, MI. The role offers a base salary of $65,000 plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead the team, drive sales goals, and ensure high-quality customer service and wash operations at the Waterford location. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with proven de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams.
• Must be able to close the site one night per week.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Be the main point of contact for customer service issues and maintain sales goals.
• Educate on unlimited wash club memberships and oversee site performance.
