Job summary

V2X is seeking a Site Manager on Ascension Island to oversee operations, safety, quality, and contract performance for the task order. You will supervise personnel, schedules, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with PWS and USAF requirements.

The candidate should have at least ten years in management, with four or more years as site or program manager, a Bachelor's degree (Engineer preferred), and a current US SECRET clearance. Willingness to deploy and be onsite during duty hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience with at least 5 years in project/site management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Engineer license preferred
• U.S. Passport and U.S. SECRET clearance required

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management, execution, and personnel supervision per PWS
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (OSHA/USAF)
• Manage on-site operations, schedules, and subcontractors; maintain timesheets and reporting
• Represent the USG and contractor interests to host nation and local communities
• Coordinate long-range planning and emergency readiness with government personnel
