Job summary

V2X seeks a Country/Site Manager to oversee DoS INL/A Worldwide Aviation Support Services operations from Melbourne, FL. The role requires coordinating on-site aviation activities, liaising with INL/A and contract leads, and ensuring compliant, safe execution across FW, RW, and SUAS platforms.

The candidate will manage program planning, staffing, performance metrics, and risk, with an active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in management and operations of aviation fleets (rotary and fixed wing) or 15 years without degree
• 5 years of program management experience; 1 year in similar size programs
• Thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and contract operation guidelines
• Prior U.S. military aviation service
• Spanish language capability for Central/South America is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point contact for on-site INL/A representative (SAA/AOD) to plan and communicate all on-site operations
• Facilitate all operational planning activities for SAA/AOD
• Maintain liaison with INL/A, contract leads and stakeholders to execute plans and briefings
• Prepare customer briefings and act as subject matter expert on operations and policy
• Exercise authority to obligate corporate funds in support of the task order execution
