Job summary

Cayuse Holdings seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead O&M performance for a client program across Maui, Socorro, and Diego Garcia. You will drive cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and security to mission-critical outcomes, coordinating with internal and external partners.

You must have 10+ years in technical services or O&M, with 5+ years managing dispersed, classified programs. Top Secret/SCI clearance required; travel and after-hours work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, program management, space operations, or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Advanced education such as a master’s degree desirable.
• Equivalent senior military experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in technical services or O&M missions.
• At least 5 years managing geographically dispersed, classified, multi-site programs or 24/7 environments.
• Space domain awareness and/or optical sensor operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract operations and ensure successful program objectives across cost, schedule, staffing, quality, security, and mission outcomes.
• Act as primary point of contact with internal leadership and external partners.
• Oversee staffing, subcontractor coordination, risk mitigation, and PMRs for operational excellence.
• Ensure all program documentation remains updated and compliant with standards.
• Direct cross-training and succession planning to maintain leadership stability.
• Provide after-hours support for incidents and mission-critical activities.
