Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee the U.S. Army LOGCAP V Installation Supply Support Activity on Guam. The role requires leadership of contract performance, safety, and service delivery while aligning with ISO, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

You will manage production standards, direct a workforce, and ensure proper storage and accountability of subsistence items under a Firm Fixed Price contract, with extensive interaction with government partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain NAC-I background and CAC.
• U.S. citizenship and installation access.
• 5+ years of overall management for O&M or military supply operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Augmentation support to ISSA AO or leadership under LOGCAP V.
• Supervise and mentor personnel and ensure production targets.
• Inspect and assist storage activities; manage materiel receipt and processing.
• Analyze operations data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, CMMI, VBSS, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Handle OS&D issues and conduct materiel management reviews.
