The project involves renovation of an existing dormitory facility and includes coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, roofing, demolition, environmental, and finish work. • Monitor material status and coordinate with the project team regarding procurement, shipping, staging, storage, and installation priorities.
  • Support safety compliance and reinforce safe work practices in coordination with the project SSHO or safety representative.
  • Ensure deficiencies are documented, tracked, corrected, and closed before work is covered or accepted.
  • Maintain professional conduct and effective working relationships in a remote, small-island environment.
